- Mixed Dry fruits and saffron.
- Allow milk to boil properly.
- When it starts boiling add sugar, nutmeg powder, all chopped dry fruits and saffron strands.
- Let it boil on very low heat till it thickens and colour changes.
- Switch off the heat and lastly add cardamom powder. Mix well and serve Masala doodh.Serve hot or cold, it tastes equally Delicious.
